Prepare a bounded AI-assisted writing task with approved source context, explicit instructions, prohibited inputs, output constraints, and human verification.

## Usage note

Complete the source, sensitivity, and verification sections before submitting text to any AI service. This worksheet structures a task; it does not make a tool appropriate for confidential or restricted material.

## How to use this template

1. Describe one bounded task, reader, use case, and observable definition of success.
2. Inventory approved context and remove information that must not enter the selected service.
3. Specify facts, voice rules, scope, output format, and actions the system must avoid.
4. Plan source comparison, factual checks, expert escalation, and final human approval.
5. Save the completed worksheet with the resulting output and provenance record.
