# Customer Language Listening Log

Capture authentic customer vocabulary from permitted interviews, support conversations, reviews, communities, and research with context and responsible reuse.

## Usage note

Use only sources the team is permitted to review for the stated research purpose. A phrase in a private conversation is not automatically public copy. Minimize personal details, respect quotation and community rules, and store restricted source material in an approved system rather than this shared editorial log.

## How to use this template

1. Define allowed source types, privacy and quotation rules, intended research use, access, and retention before collection.
2. Create one entry per meaningful phrase or concept with situation, source date, and evidence type.
3. Separate exact permitted wording, paraphrase, and researcher interpretation, then tag the entry for comparison.
4. Evaluate clarity, respect, accuracy, audience fit, and whether formal terminology must appear beside the phrase.
5. Record the approved content use, test the wording in context, and review or retire entries when language changes.
