## Usage note

Use this log for content expected to remain useful over time. “Evergreen” describes an ongoing reader need, not a promise that facts, links, screenshots, or advice never change.

## How to use this template

1. Register the asset, reader task, accountable owner, volatile dependencies, risk, and review cadence.
2. Define event triggers and the people or systems responsible for raising them.
3. At each review, verify claims, sources, workflows, links, assets, accessibility, metadata, and locales.
4. Record findings, changes, approvals, containment, release evidence, and downstream effects.
5. Validate the live result and assign the next scheduled check and trigger ownership.
