# Executive Social Post Brief

Prepare an accountable executive post grounded in the leader's real experience, defensible perspective, evidence, voice, disclosure, and response plan.

## Usage note

Use this brief to turn a leader's genuine knowledge and decisions into a responsible post, not to manufacture a personal story or opinion for reach. The named executive must understand and approve the final message, material edits, disclosures, and expected responses. Verify claims and permissions independently. Never imitate private speech, invent firsthand experience, or conceal a commercial, employment, investment, or other material relationship.

## How to use this template

1. Interview the executive for a real decision, experience, evidence, unresolved question, audience purpose, and appropriate boundary.
2. Define the thesis, supporting material, counterpoint, limitations, credits, disclosure, and intended action without overstating authority.
3. Draft in the approved voice, marking writer-added interpretations, sensitive material, and every claim requiring verification.
4. Review facts, confidentiality, legal or policy needs, accessibility, media rights, final platform rendering, and the executive's informed approval.
5. Publish with reply ownership, monitoring, escalation, and a correction process that includes the executive and relevant subject owners.
