# Form Copy Review

Assess form labels, instructions, required fields, help text, validation, consent, errors, review states, submission, and completion messaging.

## Usage note

Review copy in the functioning form, not only a design file. Labels, requirements, errors, consent, focus, and confirmation must remain understandable together across real states.

## How to use this template

1. Define the user's goal, business purpose, data need, consequence, and end state.
2. Review every label, requirement, instruction, example, option, and button in sequence.
3. Trigger validation, system failure, timeout, duplicate, review, and confirmation states.
4. Check privacy, consent, accessibility, data preservation, and support paths with owners.
5. Revise and retest the working form across devices and relevant assistive technology.
