Plan a comprehensive resource around one reader journey, with purposeful supporting pages, original value, internal links, and sustainable maintenance.

## Usage note

Use this brief when a broad subject contains a coherent set of questions that one navigational resource can organize. Do not create a long page merely to repeat summaries from narrower articles or to target many loosely related phrases. First audit existing content and decide whether consolidation, improvement, or a simpler hub would serve readers better than a new URL.

## How to use this template

1. Define the primary reader journey, starting point, finish state, and page boundaries.
2. Audit existing pages, queries, internal links, evidence, and overlap before proposing new sections.
3. Assign each question to the pillar, an existing resource, or a justified supporting page.
4. Design the outline, navigation, examples, and links around reader decisions rather than keyword variants.
