# Platform Post Adaptation Sheet

Adapt one verified source message to a social platform while preserving its factual meaning, attribution, conditions, accessibility, and intended action.

## Usage note

Use this sheet after a canonical message, evidence pack, and audience purpose have been approved. It helps a team change presentation for a platform, not invent new facts to suit an algorithm. Check current platform requirements, permissions, disclosure obligations, accessibility needs, and review rules before publishing. A character limit never justifies dropping a material qualification or changing what a source establishes.

## How to use this template

1. Copy the approved source message, evidence, audience purpose, required conditions, attribution, and action into the source control section.
2. Describe the platform situation and choose a format, length, sequence, and destination that suit the audience task.
3. Draft the adapted post with its visual text, captions, alternative text, disclosure, link, and publishing context.
4. Compare every factual element with the source, then test accessibility, previews, cropping, variables, and destination continuity.
5. Record approvals, publish the controlled version, monitor interpretation, and propagate any correction to every related asset.
