## How to use this template

3. Code patterns, then define themes with inclusion rules, examples, exceptions, and segment differences.
4. Assess confidence and selection bias while preserving contradictions and consequential minority views.
5. Choose a bounded action or research step, assign an owner, and define follow-up evidence.
