# Spokesperson Voice Profile

Capture a speaker’s authentic vocabulary, rhythm, evidence habits, views, storytelling patterns, sensitivities, approval process, and communication boundaries.

## Usage note

Develop this profile with the speaker’s informed participation and approval. It supports authentic drafting; it is not permission to fabricate opinions, personal experiences, quotations, or knowledge. Protect private interview material, document who may use the profile, and route sensitive, legal, or crisis statements through qualified review.

## How to use this template

1. Agree on purpose, permitted sources, access, privacy, attribution, and approval with the spokesperson.
2. Analyze varied approved samples and interview the speaker using explanation, challenge, story, and revision prompts.
3. Document reasoning patterns, vocabulary, rhythm, evidence, opinions, stories, uncertainty, and boundaries with examples.
4. Define drafting, fact-checking, quotation, localization, sensitive-topic, and final approval workflows.
5. Test a sample draft with the speaker, record corrections, and review the profile as views or responsibilities change.
