# Stakeholder Message Map

Adapt one factual core message for stakeholders with different decisions, responsibilities, concerns, evidence needs, channels, and appropriate next steps.

## Usage note

Use one verified fact base and adapt emphasis, sequence, detail, and action to each stakeholder’s legitimate need. Do not tell incompatible stories to different groups or hide a material limitation from an audience affected by it. Sensitive, legal, employee, investor, or crisis communications may require qualified review beyond this worksheet.

## How to use this template

1. Create a verified core fact set with claim owners, unknowns, material limitations, and one update location.
2. Identify stakeholders by their decision, responsibility, exposure, prior knowledge, and evidence needs.
3. Adapt emphasis and sequence while preserving the same facts, conditions, and uncertainties.
4. Assign channels, timing, delivery owners, response paths, accessibility, and approval for every stakeholder.
5. Test comprehension, monitor questions and drift, and update all variants from the canonical source.
