# Terms Change Communication Plan

Explain material policy changes, effective dates, user impact, actions, choices, support, channels, and localization without drafting the legal terms.

## Usage note

Use this plan to communicate terms already prepared and approved by qualified legal owners. It does not draft, interpret, or determine legal terms, notice obligations, consent, or enforceability. Identify applicable audiences and jurisdictions with qualified review. Preserve the approved document and a dated comparison, and never summarize away a change that materially affects rights, price, access, data, or dispute handling.

## How to use this template

1. Obtain the approved terms, redline, materiality assessment, affected users, jurisdictions, and required notice method.
2. Translate each material change into qualified user impact, action, choice, date, and source link.
3. Plan coordinated accessible channels, localization, support, and failure handling.
4. Complete legal, product, billing, privacy, accessibility, and locale approvals as applicable.
5. Verify release and retain evidence, corrections, delivery issues, and future ownership.
