First, separate the two domains

GPTHuman.org and GPTHuman.ai are different public services. A shared product word does not make their plans, policies, accounts, or support channels interchangeable.

If you already have an account, invoice, subscription, or support request, confirm the domain in your browser before taking action. An account created on one service should not be assumed to exist on the other.

Quick comparison

The allowance periods are deliberately written out. A daily limit, monthly pool, and one-time trial are different products and should not be converted into a misleading headline total.

Free access and plan limits

The numbers look similar only until their time periods and per-output caps are included.

GPTHuman.org guest
The current application allows 1,000 processed words per UTC day without an account. The amount is a daily service allowance, not a permanent credit balance.
GPTHuman.org Free
A signed-in Free account is configured for 2,000 words per UTC day across all five tools. Current limits and plan behavior remain subject to the Pricing page.
GPTHuman.ai trial
Its pricing page describes a 300-word Humanizer trial and a 300-word per-output limit, plus limited AI Detector access. The page frames this as trial access rather than an ongoing daily allowance.
Paid allowance periods
GPTHuman.org currently publishes daily word allowances. GPTHuman.ai publishes monthly word pools with separate per-output limits. Compare the period and maximum single output, not only the largest number.

Tools and workflow differences

GPTHuman.org currently groups five jobs in one public suite: rewriting, AI-pattern estimation, first-draft generation, grammar correction, and rule-based readability analysis. GPTHuman.ai’s public navigation emphasizes humanizing, detection, paraphrasing, and an API; its homepage also promotes content generation.

Neither list proves output quality for your document. Test the exact task with non-sensitive text, compare the result with the source, and verify every claim before committing to a workflow.

Billing control and API availability

GPTHuman.org billing
The current application records authenticated upgrade, downgrade, and cancellation requests for manual handling. Users should obtain the price, payment method, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms in writing before completing a separately arranged payment.
GPTHuman.ai billing
Its Help Center describes monthly and annual subscriptions, cancellation from the dashboard, access through the paid period, and a resume-subscription control.
GPTHuman.org API
No public developer API is currently offered. Internal browser endpoints are not documented or authorized as a customer API.
GPTHuman.ai API
Its public documentation describes a versioned REST Humanize endpoint, Bearer API keys, credit packages, and one credit charged per input word.

Detector claims need different levels of evidence

GPTHuman.org describes its detector as a probabilistic linguistic assessment and publishes the current score method and limitations. It does not claim a measured accuracy rate because the published 500-sample article is still a protocol without results.

On July 30, 2026, the GPTHuman.ai detector page displayed vendor-reported 99.98% accuracy and 99.95% precision statements and marketed guaranteed outcomes. The reviewed page did not link those figures to a dataset, threshold, confusion matrix, test date, or independent evaluation. This does not prove that the figures are false; it means this comparison cannot independently validate them.

  • Ask what dataset, languages, genres, model versions, and text lengths were tested.
  • Ask which threshold produced the reported accuracy and what false-positive rate occurred on verified human writing.
  • Treat “accuracy,” “precision,” and a displayed score as different quantities.
  • Never use either service’s detector result as the only evidence for a grade, accusation, hiring decision, or disciplinary action.

Read product privacy claims beside the full policy

GPTHuman.org’s application database records operational usage fields such as account or guest identifier, tool, word count, and timestamp. It is not designed to write submitted tool text or generated output to usage history. AI-backed tools still send content to a configured provider, and GPTHuman.org does not make retention or training promises on that provider’s behalf.

GPTHuman.ai’s detector and API marketing pages state that submitted content is not stored or reused. Its Privacy Policy, last updated April 14, 2025 on the page checked, separately says it collects user content, may use submitted content to improve or train its models, offers an account opt-out, and retains personal data as needed for stated purposes. Readers should rely on the current policy and account controls, not a short feature card alone.

Choose by the task, not the similar name

Ongoing free use
GPTHuman.org currently publishes repeatable guest and signed-in daily allowances; GPTHuman.ai describes a smaller Humanizer trial. Confirm both pages before relying on free access.
Public API integration
GPTHuman.ai publishes an API today. GPTHuman.org does not currently offer one.
Grammar and readability
GPTHuman.org exposes dedicated Grammar Improver and Readability Scorer tools in the same public suite.
Paraphrasing product
GPTHuman.ai publishes a dedicated Paraphraser page. GPTHuman.org positions its Humanizer as a broader editorial rewrite rather than a separate paraphraser product.
High-stakes detection
Neither service should replace human review, provenance records, drafts, sources, and an appeal process.

How this comparison was prepared

  1. Inspect implemented GPTHuman.org behavior

Tool routes, request validation, quota storage, plan configuration, public pages, and provider handling were checked against the application code.

  2. Use primary competitor pages

GPTHuman.ai facts came from its own homepage, pricing, detector, Privacy Policy, Help Center, and API documentation—not affiliate reviews or search snippets.

  3. Keep periods and claim types visible

Daily, monthly, trial, per-output, vendor-reported, and independently verified are not collapsed into one score.

  4. State uncertainty

Where public pages differ, the comparison describes the inconsistency and links the sources instead of choosing the more favorable wording.

Report a material error through the contact form with the exact row, source URL, and corrected evidence. A supported correction should update the page and its modified date.

Frequently asked questions

Is GPTHuman.org the same service as GPTHuman.ai?

No. This page treats them as separate services with different domains, product pages, plans, policies, accounts, and support paths. GPTHuman.org does not claim affiliation with GPTHuman.ai.

Which service currently offers repeatable daily free usage?

GPTHuman.org currently configures a 1,000-word guest daily allowance and 2,000 words per day for a Free account. GPTHuman.ai’s pricing page describes a 300-word Humanizer trial and limited detector access. Recheck both pricing pages because offers can change.

Which service has a public API?

GPTHuman.ai publishes a Humanizer REST API and documentation. GPTHuman.org does not currently offer a public customer API.

Which service is more accurate?

This comparison does not declare an accuracy winner. GPTHuman.org has not completed its published benchmark protocol, and this review did not find enough public test detail to independently validate GPTHuman.ai’s vendor-reported detector percentages.

Does either service store submitted text?

GPTHuman.org’s application database is designed not to store submitted tool text or generated output in usage history, but configured AI providers process AI-backed requests under their own terms. GPTHuman.ai product pages say content is not stored, while its Privacy Policy says user content is collected and may be used to improve or train models unless the user opts out. Review the current policies directly.
