A Human Review Workflow After Rewriting
A smoother sentence is not automatically a true, original, or publishable sentence. Use a recorded comparison and a named final reviewer.
1. Lock the source and editing brief
Save the original draft. List the audience, required tone, claims, names, numbers, quotations, citations, technical terms, target topic, and reader action that must remain accurate.
2. Rewrite one bounded section
Revise a paragraph or section at a time. This makes meaning changes easier to spot than replacing an entire document and reviewing it from memory.
3. Verify claims against sources
Compare every material claim with the original evidence. Recheck dates, quantities, attribution, links, qualifications, and any wording that became more certain or persuasive.
4. Give a person final approval
Read for voice, usefulness, disclosure, and policy compliance. The accountable editor—not the tool or an AI-detector score—decides whether the final version is ready to publish or submit.
When the Humanizer is not enough
Do not rely on an automated rewrite to verify medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-consequence claims. It also cannot establish authorship, satisfy an institution's AI policy, clear copyright, or confirm that a citation supports a changed sentence. Use the qualified reviewer and evidence process appropriate to the work.
